On the April 8th show of 2000, on Saturday Night Live one of the most popular SNL skits of all time was released. "More Cowbell". This sketch includes Jimmy Fallon on the drums, Will Ferrell on the cowbell, Chris Kattan on guitar, Chris Parnell on lead vocals and guitar, Horatio Sanz on bass guitar, and the brilliant Christopher Walken as the music producer. WHO IS WILL FERRELL: THE FACTS

Name: John William Ferrell

Height: 6' 3"

Graduate of: University of Southern California

Will Ferrell began his career path while in high school making the daily school announcements over the intercome. His first main job into the acting business was at a comedy club in Los Angelous. The club was named "The Groudlings". Here he worked with several people in which they too would follow the same career path as Will and become famous comedians in shows, movies, and television shows. In 1995, Will auditioned  for Saturday Night Live where he earned his first official acting position as a featured cast member. SNL allowed Will to grow, as he performed as a number of characters, possibly making him one of the greatest actors on the show. After spending a number of years on the famous saturday night show, Will decided to retire from SNL and move on to acting in featured films. In my opinion, this was a graet move for him.
